Portraiture

Faces are fascinating! My goal in portraiture is to paint the flesh with sensual, descriptive color, capture a likeness and create a rich surface. I hope the viewer will enjoy winding through subtle, nuanced parts of the face, as well as discover unexpected instances of color, interesting shadows and strong composition.
